Membership Terms
Effective date: July 14, 2026
This page provides a general summary of Coastal Access Living membership policies. Each client's signed membership agreement controls the services, fees, limits and obligations applicable to that client.
Membership Plans
Coastal Access Living offers three levels of ongoing support:
- Coastal Basic: $99 per month
- Coastal Premium: $179 per month
- Coastal Complete: $279 per month standard rate
The specific services, visit frequency, task limits and scheduling terms are listed in the client's signed membership agreement.
Founding 100 Coastal Complete Rate
The first 100 signed member homes may qualify for the Coastal Complete founding rate of $199 per month.
The founding rate remains in effect for as long as the qualifying Coastal Complete membership remains continuously active and the account remains in good standing.
If a Founding Member cancels and later rejoins, the membership will be offered at the pricing available at that time.
Complimentary Assessment
While Founding 100 enrollment remains open, eligible Walton County homes may receive a complimentary Home Safety & Access Assessment, a $699 value.
The assessment does not require the homeowner to purchase a membership.
Membership Term
Membership begins on the activation date stated in the signed agreement.
The initial membership term is three months. After the initial three-month term, membership continues month to month until canceled according to the signed agreement.
A cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period unless the signed agreement provides otherwise.
Payments
Membership fees are billed according to the payment schedule in the signed agreement.
Materials, additional service calls, larger repairs, licensed trade work, improvement projects and other services outside the membership are billed or approved separately.
Included Services
Only services specifically listed in the selected plan and signed membership agreement are included.
Plan benefits are subject to the stated frequency, task limits, scheduling terms and reasonable access to the property.
Coastal Complete Small-Task Calls
Coastal Complete includes two small-task service calls per month, up to 30 minutes each.
Small-task calls are intended for routine items such as lightbulbs, smoke-detector batteries and minor adjustments.
Unused calls do not roll over.
Materials, regulated trade work, specialty labor, project work and tasks that cannot reasonably be completed as routine minor maintenance are not included.
Scheduling
Visits are scheduled based on the client's plan, property needs, service area and availability.
Priority scheduling does not guarantee immediate or same-day service.
Urgent phone and text support is intended for triage and coordination during the stated support hours. It is not emergency dispatch.
Additional Work and Materials
Work outside the membership requires client approval before it is scheduled or performed, except where a separate written authorization permits otherwise.
Materials may be supplied by the client, purchased and billed by Coastal Access Living, or included in a separately approved estimate.
Licensed Trade Work and Independent Contractors
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, structural, permitting, construction and other regulated trade work is performed by appropriately licensed and insured independent contractors.
Coastal Access Living may help identify, communicate with or coordinate an independent contractor.
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, the independent contractor is responsible for its own quote, work, warranty, licensing, insurance, permitting and code compliance.
Assessments and Recommendations
A Home Safety & Access Assessment identifies practical safety, accessibility and maintenance concerns.
It is not a licensed home inspection, structural inspection, medical evaluation, code-compliance inspection or ADA-compliance certification.
Recommendations are based on visible conditions, information supplied by the client and practical use of the home at the time of the assessment.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
- Providing safe and lawful access to the property
- Disclosing known hazards, pets, access restrictions and security requirements
- Providing accurate contact and property information
- Identifying individuals authorized to approve work
- Reviewing recommendations and approving additional work
- Contacting emergency services when an emergency exists
- Maintaining appropriate property and liability insurance
Communication and Photos
Communication preferences will be established with the client and authorized family contacts.
Visit summaries may include photographs when useful and authorized.
Coastal Access Living will not intentionally share private client or property information with unauthorized individuals.
No Guarantee Against Falls or Emergencies
Home-safety improvements may reduce risk, but no assessment, modification, maintenance service or membership can guarantee that a fall, injury, property loss or emergency will not occur.
Thirty-Day Membership Guarantee
When offered, the thirty-day guarantee applies only to the first month's membership fee and must be requested within 30 days of membership activation.
It does not refund separately purchased materials, completed project work, third-party contractor charges or other approved services.
The guarantee may be used once per property unless the signed agreement states otherwise.
Suspension or Termination
Coastal Access Living may suspend or terminate service for nonpayment, unsafe conditions, abusive or threatening conduct, unlawful requests, repeated denial of property access or other material violations of the signed agreement.
Changes
Membership plans and policies may change for future clients. Pricing or terms protected by an active signed agreement remain governed by that agreement.
