No Home Inspection or Compliance Certification

Coastal Access Living is not a licensed home-inspection company and does not provide home inspections as defined under Florida law.

A Home Safety & Access Assessment is a practical review of everyday safety, access, and usability. It is not a structural inspection, code inspection, environmental inspection, medical evaluation, or certification that a residence complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act or any other law.

Services and Memberships

Website descriptions provide an overview of available services and membership plans. The signed membership agreement, approved estimate, or work order controls the actual scope, price, frequency, limitations, and scheduling of services.

Website pricing and availability may change. A price protected by a signed agreement remains subject to that agreement.

Founding 100 Offer

While Founding 100 enrollment remains open, Walton County homeowners may receive a complimentary Home Safety & Access Assessment without purchasing a membership.

The first 100 signed member homes may qualify for the Coastal Complete founding rate described on the Pricing page and in the applicable membership agreement.

Contractors and Third-Party Work

Coastal Access Living provides assessments, planning, routine maintenance support, and service coordination.

Licensed electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, structural, permitting, construction, and other regulated trade work is performed by appropriately licensed and insured independent contractors.

Independent contractors remain responsible for their own work, warranties, licensing, insurance, permitting, and code compliance. Coastal Access Living does not guarantee third-party work unless a specific written agreement expressly states otherwise.

No Emergency Services

The website and ordinary Coastal Access Living communication channels are not emergency-response services.

For a medical, fire, security, utility, weather, or life-safety emergency, call 911 or the appropriate emergency provider.

Intellectual Property

Website text, graphics, branding, logos, photographs, and other original content are owned by Coastal Access Living or used with permission. They may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without written permission.

Acceptable Use
