Yes. We scope the work, gather quotes from appropriately licensed and insured independent contractors, schedule the visits, and check the work before calling it done. The contractors remain responsible for their own work, warranties, and code compliance. We are not the installing contractor.

Does the family need to be there for the assessment?

No. Many of our assessments happen with the parent present and the adult children on speakerphone or reading the written report afterward. Photos are included with the parent's authorization so distance is not a barrier to seeing the home clearly.
