- Yes. Membership includes scheduled visits with photo reports, alarm and detector testing, HVAC and thermostat checks, and a walkthrough before the family arrives. Coordination of any needed repair is handled through licensed independent contractors.

- Usually yes. Depending on the rise, the options range from a second handrail and better step lighting to a properly sloped ramp. We measure the actual entry during the assessment and scope the option that fits the person using it.
